Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

Open the game and go to Settings → Delete my data. Your account, friends, and friend code are deleted immediately, on all your devices. You do not need to contact us.

By email

If you have already uninstalled the app, email us at:

Our accounts are anonymous — we do not store your name or email — so please include your friend code (the six-character code on the Friends screen, for example Y3JW4H). That is how we locate your account. We delete it within 90 days and confirm once it is done.

What gets deleted

• — Your profile and display name
• — Your friend code and friend connections
• — Your matchmaking and ranking entries

What is kept

Games you have already finished are retained for your opponents’ records, with your account marked as deleted — the history stays intact for the other player but is no longer linked to a profile of yours. Anonymized analytics that cannot be tied back to you may also be retained. No personally identifiable information is kept after deletion.
